LEGAL STATUS

The Parq Casino Vancouver and Resorts (hereinafter referred to as "the Resort") is a licensed land-based casino operating within the Province of British Columbia, Canada, under the authority of Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch ("GPEB").

REGISTRATION AND LOGIN PROCESS

All visitors must register with Guest Services located on Level 2 of the Resort in order to access gaming areas. A valid government-issued identification document is required for verification purposes.

The registration process includes:

(a) Presenting a valid government-issued ID(b) Completing an application form for Encore Rewards membership(c) Receiving an activated membership card

Encore Rewards members are entitled to various benefits, including complimentary bonus play credits. The activation of the welcome bonus is immediate upon registration.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE Parq Casino Vancouver AND RESORTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE.

The Resort reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Visitors agree to be bound by such changes upon entering the gaming areas of the Resort.
